Every day we reach business owners who want capital, pre-qualify them, and hand each file to one broker. No lead fees. You pay 2 percent of what you fund, never more than a quarter of your commission. The brokers who fund the most get tomorrow’s files first.
Our callers confirm the business, the ask and the owner, and get the merchant's agreement to be presented to one broker. The consent is timestamped and kept with the file.
Move the sliders to your own numbers. The only figure we set is the 2 percent, charged after the deal funds, never before. Above $100,000 it is 2 percent or a quarter of your commission, whichever is less.
Your numbers, your assumptions. The fee is the only figure we control: 2 percent of what funded, and on a funding above $100,000 never more than a quarter of your commission.
We only earn when you earn, so we can afford to hand you files for nothing up front. In return we need three things, and we check all three.
Every file gets a status: no answer, not interested, submitted, funded. Your next batch opens when the current one is marked.
Funder and amount, within a day. We check UCC filings and call merchants, so the easy path and the honest path are the same path.
Monday's statement, paid by Friday. Late and the seat freezes; two weeks and it closes.
You owe nothing. You slide down the ladder, get served last, and after the trial month the seat goes to someone who funds.
Sign in, open a batch, work a file, report a funding, watch the ladder re-rank. The portal as a member sees it.
Most of the paper in this market has been sold five times before it reaches you. We built the exchange so that cannot happen. Four of the ten:
Every file was called by our team within 24 hours and the merchant agreed to be presented to one broker.
Taking a file starts a 48 hour clock. No update by then and it moves to the next seat in rank.
No seat fee, no file fee. The exchange earns 2 percent of each funded amount, including renewals for 12 months. On a funding above $100,000 it is 2 percent or a quarter of your commission, whichever is less.
Your next batch opens when every file in the current one has a status. Marking status is your only duty besides closing.
MCA Closers is operated by Enrichment Capital, LLC and run by its founder, Janardan Tomar, after years of supplying merchant files to brokers and watching the same application get sold ten times. One broker per file, a ladder that rewards the brokers who fund, and a house that never takes paper from the exchange.
We open seats in small groups so every file gets worked and every funding gets verified. Tell us about your shop; the form takes about two minutes. If we cannot offer a seat now we will say so plainly.
From the second group on, a seat carries a refundable $500 deposit and a $250 monthly floor after the trial month, credited against the 2 percent. The founding five keep their terms.
